 The "Country Cottage" is for the Bride and her Bridal Party for dressing room prior to the Wedding Ceremony and Reception.  It is also available to our Couples for overnight stay following their reception.   The  Cottage is a 900 sq ft featuring  1 bedroom, 1 bath & kitchen, living room with ac/heat, and laundry room. The interior of our "Country Cottage" is absolutely beautiful complete with antique brass bed, dining table, occasional chairs and over-sized sofa.   The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker and dishes which makes it ideal for a bridal party breakfast or lunch to be served during your rental time.   Also adjacent to the Cottage is a private dressing room/bathroom with its own covered patio with breathtaking views of the west side of Applewood Farm. 
 

The "1841 Log Cabin" is 450 sq ft featuring open floor plan with 1 bedroom / living room with fireplace, 1 bath, and kitchen with central ac/heat. It also has its own private covered front & back porch with rocking chairs and historic outdoor furniture. The interior is charming, romantic & very intimate featuring rock fireplace, a dining table for 2, sofa, antique chairs  and antique brass bed downstairs.  The upstairs loft features an antique twin bed for additional overnight accommodations.  The rustic kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, refrigerator, coffee maker, stove and microwave.

The expansive great-room features a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace providing the perfect setting for any special event.  The great-room can accommodate up to 40 seated guests.  

 
The Farm House is also available for overnight rental.  The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, with sleeping accommodations for 6 guests which provides additional accommodations for larger bridal parties. 

    Located off a private pathway beside the meadows and rolling hills located on the west side of Applewood Farm.   The Natural Landscaping of Hardwood Trees offers a canopy of privacy and shade for beautiful photo opportunities.  This is one the most popular spots for our couples "1st Look".  The natural wood footbridge offer access across the spring feed pond to a tree swing or bench offering one the opportunity to sit and relax as you listen to the sounds of nature and the water flowing over the rocks.  Also ideal location for small intimate weddings (20 or less guests), with larger receptions hosted in the Chandelier Barn.
