- Are Tables and Chairs inclued in the rental fee for the Crystal Chandelier Barn?
Yes. The set up of all inside tables and chairs are included in the rental fee.
- Are the outside chairs used for the Wedding Ceremony included in the rental fee?
No, they are not. However, we will set them up and take them down for you for a nominal fee.
- Is there a dressing room / private restroom available for the Bridal Party?
Yes. The Barn rental includes use of a private dressing room & restroom , the Bridal Cottage and Log Cabin. All are available during venue rental.
- Do you offer other accommodations at Applewood Farm?
Yes. Following the reception, the Bride & Groom may spend their Honeymoon night at either the Bridal Cottage or at the Log Cabin. (Check out is at 10am). In addition, the Farm
House is available for day of rental and overnight stay which
is ideal for larger bridal parties.
- Are we required to use your caterer or food service?
No. We allow you to use an outside caterer of your preference or your family and friend's can assist with providing your favorite food items for your reception. We also offer option for all inclusive packages upon request.
- Are there kitchen facilities available?
Yes. Although, the facilities are not equipped for cooking, you or your licensed Caterer may use our Commercial Prep Kitchen at no additional charge. Our prep kitchen is equipped with stainless steel state of the art appliances, including a commercial ice maker, 100 cup coffee maker, triple sink, 2 work tables, hand sink, Commercial Convection Warming Oven, Refrigerator, Freezer, and food cart.
- Is Alcohol Allowed?
Yes. You are allowed to provide your own alcohol, however, you are required to have a dedicated server if you are serving beer, wine, mixed drinks or champagne. No Cash Bars are allowed. A security officer is also required to be on premises if bar service is provided. The officer is an additional charge and is hired by Applewood Farm.
- Does the Crystal Chandelier Barn have Air Conditioning and Heat?
Yes. 2 Commercial AC & Heat ductless systems for your comfort year round.
- Do you have a place for an outdoor ceremony or reception?
Yes. Absolutely! Applewood Farm is situated on 80+ acres so there are several locations suited for an outdoor ceremony or reception depending on number of guest and setup requirements. The Pergola located near the Barn offers beautiful views of the rolling hills and pond as a backdrop for your ceremony.
- Is there a backup plan if it rains on my wedding day?
Yes. Absolutely! There is adequate room in the 3,600 sq.ft. Barn to accommodate last minute set-up of wedding chairs on the dance floor, directly under Chandeliers and the stage area can be used as an alter for your ceremony. There is definitely a Plan B at Applewood Farm.
- Do you have a smoking area available?
Yes. Your family and friends can smoke in our dedicated outside smoking areas .
- What type of parking accommodations are provided for guests?
Applewood Farm offers a secured lighted private guest parking area for all of our events. On the day of your event, we will provide you with a gate attendant to assist your guests.
- Do you offer any transport for Guest from the designated parking area to the Wedding venue?
Yes. We have four 6 seater Club Carts. It is the ideal way to transport your guests from the parking lot to the Chandelier Barn or other buildings located on the grounds; and also to transport the Bride & Groom and and their Bridal Party throughout their wedding day. The Club Carts with our driver(s) and insurance is available for your entire event time for a nominal fee.
- Do you have a wedding coordinator?
Yes! If you do not have a designated Wedding Coordinator, we will be happy to assist in "day of" coordination of your event, customize your itinerary and be the Director of the most important day of your life! And at no additional charge!
- How much does it cost to rent the Crystal Chandelier Barn?

- What type of deposit do you require to hold a date?
Call us the moment you get engaged and we will let you know what dates we still have available. A 50% deposit of your total rental fee is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance of your contract and all security deposits are due 60 days prior to your wedding date.
- What form of payment do you accept in order to reserve our date?
We accept checks, credit card or cash
